So you finally realize that you need a good email list. Maybe after reading countless articles and sought some expert advice and read many success stories of people making a small fortune with email marketing you finally decided to have one of your own. Then this happens, you think you known everything there is to know about email marketing and followed their advice to the T only to find that you weren’t able to make a profit.

In fact, you could be losing money. You may have hired writers to help you, maybe some expenses incurred,  you might have a big list, and only a very small percentage actually buys, then your still losing profit. You picked a topic where you think it could be quite popular and would earn you lots of money. This is just not the case. Join as many forums as you can. Then provide expert advice and great recommendations. When you feel that people trust you, then its time to start your own email list. You can also build a base as well with other forum users. Then you can ask them to join your email list. Having friends are always good customers. Put up a link on the forums to your site so that they are able to see what you’re business is about.

The truth is, money will only come in when the consumers or subscribers believe and trust in you. They need a product or service that could be a good exchange for their cash. Most people are not going to buy something from your recommendation if they don’t know you at all.

2) Find products or services that people want and need.  If you provide a service or product that you have researched and learned about well, then you will know that it works. Invest your time and money on great products that you could sell as well as send to your email list for them to use.

While we all know it is true that it is best to sell something that you have an interest in, there will be not many people who have the same interests as you so if you decide to sell something that is not entirely popular or profitable you won’t make sales. Do the research well and you will see the profits come in over and over again. You can also provide your subscribers with promotional material such as an e-book that they could actually use and spread around.

3) Make lots of friends with other email list users. This will be beneficial especially if it is someone who has already launched a successful email list. Those people have the experience and experience is still the best teacher. There are many articles available for you in the internet to get info on email marketing, but there is nothing like getting a first hand account from someone you know and trust.

Experienced email list users will be able to tell you what to do and what not to do because they have done it all. Different situations can occur for different people, experienced email list users can still be very helpful. There are many things to avoid and these people can tell you which ones to avoid.

Building a profitable email list just don’t happen overnight. There are lots of preparations and efforts to do. Email lists are built from scratch, then as your list grows, you can also maintain the quality of your email list. Try to keep it organized and manageable. Get or hire help if needed, just make sure that your subscribers are very happy and satisfied and they will be willing to buy from you over and over again.

Hey guys, I just wanted to see if you need anything in the way of site editing/code fixing/programming, unique blog post material, extra traffic, social media management, etc. I have quite a few ways I can set all of this and do thhis for you. Don’t mean to impose, was just curious, I’ve been doing thhis for some time and was just curious if you needed an extra hand. I can even do WordPress and other related tasks (you name it).

    PS – I’m here in the states, no need to outsource 🙂
